Classic Kånken rucksack by Fjällräven, made from hard-wearing Vinylon, with a zip that opens up the entire main compartment. Removable seat cushion, small front pocket, simple shoulder straps and top handles.
Straight backs are healthy backs! Fjällräven launched the Kånken back in 1978 to help prevent postural problems among Swedish schoolchildren. The rucksack soon became an indispensable part of both mainstream and forest kindergartens across the country. More than 35 years later, Fjällräven’s bestseller has protected millions of children from spinal damage.
The classic’s success story continues to this day, not least because the rucksack proves just as reliable on the way to school and work as it does on day trips and holidays. The rucksack is made from durable, lightweight Vinylon F, which repels dirt and moisture. Thanks to the large zipped opening, the spacious main compartment is easy to pack. The two flat side pockets and the zipped pocket at the front are ideal for all those items you need to have to hand whilst on the move.
The PE foam seat cushion can be stowed away in the rear inner compartment when not in use, where it prevents the contents of the rucksack from pressing against your back. It can be quickly retrieved whenever you want to take a break. The simple yet practical carrying system consists of handles on the top and narrow, adjustable shoulder straps. The logo on the front is reflective. An address label is attached inside the main compartment.
