The eco-friendly Sympatex® membrane protects from water and dirt and provides a good microclimate for your feet thanks to its excellent breathability. A high shaft and conventional laces combined with a Velcro fastener provide outstanding support. The perfect fit is rounded off with an anatomical Ortholite® insole, which ensures optimum power transfer thanks to the harder PU foam in the pedal area. Reinforced toe and heel caps provide additional protection from impacts and stones.

The EVA midsole has extra shock absorption at the heel for additional comfort and protection. The newly developed AM Flat sole takes you to a new level for ‘bike and hike’ adventures. The hexagon tread pattern at the midfoot combined with a soft SUPtraction® flat rubber compound ensures perfect grip on the pedal to you can stay concentrated on the trail. In the toe and heel area, the sole has a deeper tread that provides the necessary traction when you need to carry or push your bike. The hexagon tread works like fish scales that wedge into the ground when walking for excellent traction whatever the ground surface.

Terracare's certified leather comes from German production and features eco-friendly manufacturing. The comfortable Ortholite® insert consists of eco-friendly Eco Plush PU foam and 50 % recycled polyester. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

The Sympatex® membrane is also bluesign® certified, thus guaranteeing maximum environmental and consumer protection. This membrane is 100% PTFE-free.

SUPTraction
SUPtraction is a Swiss company that develops technical soles and rubber compounds. From concept to the final product, the soles are tailored to the customers’ needs in order to achieve the best possible results.

V-Flow
The V-Flow Index shows you the stability of the shaft in combination with the midsole and outsole. V-Flow 3 are enduro cycling shoes for demanding and technical single trails over rugged terrain and for carrying passages. In addition to protection and comfort, the shoes offer perfect grip on flat pedals and good climbing characteristics.

OrthoLite®
OrthoLite® removable insoles consist of open-pore polyurethane foam. They are extremely breathable, long-lasting and prevent the formation of fungi, bacteria and odours.The EcoPlush variant used contains 25% organic castor oil, while the upper material of the sole consists of 50% recycled polyester. OrthoLite® removable insoles are machine washable.
