Highlights of the Swoop 10.0
The lightweight and super-solid carbon frame gives you a good feeling right away and places you centrally in the bike. All kinds of technical refinements, such as the adjustable steering angle via the headset cups, give you the possibility to adjust the SWOOP 10.0 HD to your needs. The frame generates 170mm of travel in combination with the sublime Fox Float X2 shock, which responds super sensitively, but then offers plenty of reserves at high speed and on tricky terrain. Fox's Enduro flagship 38 Factory FIT GRIP2 is a perfect match, offering unbeatable stiffness and precision at a reasonable weight and unimaginable adjustment possibilities with adjustable rebound and compression damping in high and low speed. If the trail drops steeply in steps, you always have enough counterpressure here. On steep downhills, the massive Hayes Dominion four-piston brake, which always offers plenty of power and can be finely modulated, also helps. You can reach the summit by pedalling in a relaxed manner - the XO1 Eagle shifting system from SRAM provides you with crisp shifting processes on the one hand and an enormous range with the 10-52 tooth cassette on the other. The SRAM X1 Eagle Carbon crank is light and solid at the same time, and the shimmering carbon surface adds a good portion of sexiness. Maximum control is provided by the optimally shaped RaceFace cockpit with the wide SixC carbon handlebar and the lowerable Fox Transfer seatpost, which, like the chassis, comes in a noble Kashima coating and gives you plenty of freedom to shift the weight to the rear in steep sections. Light and stable SL A.30 wheels from Newmen and the high-grip and puncture-proof Maxxis Minion DHF/DHR tyres complete the Superenduro mega package. Swoop your life!

The specifications for the development of the carbon version of the SWOOP were clear - fresh design, modern kinematics and new shock linkage. No stone has been left unturned. Nevertheless, we have retained parts of the DNA of the popular SWOOP AL - progressive geometry, 29" wheels, possibility of geometry adjustment, 170mm suspension travel - no compromises were made here. The kinematics of the SWOOP are progressive, coil shocks also fit well with the bike's characteristics. For high manoeuvrability, we were able to keep the chainstays short at 438mm; despite the long wheelbase and the flat angles, tight corners are no obstacle. Instead of a flip chip for geometry adjustment, we designed the headset to be adjustable, so the cups are angled and can be rotated to vary the head angle by 1.5 degrees.

Geiler Bolide, super Spielzeug für den Bikepark. Ich komm aus dem Grinsen kaum noch raus.
Super Ausstattung, vor allem das Fox Kashima Coating kommt auf der Rahmenfarbe richtig hammer. Mit meinen 1,74m passt Größe M für mich sehr gut. Die Hayes Dominion Bremse kannte ich vorher nicht, hat mich aber überzeugt. Egal ob auf der Hometrail Runde oder im Bikepark, top Performance.
