The PowerBar Recovery Max helps you to regenerate after training. The powder combines high glycemic carbohydrates with protein. Carbohydrates help refuel your energy tanks (glycogen stores) and protein supports growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Insgesamt guter Recovery Drink. Schoko Geschmack ist super, obwohl ich eigentlich nicht so der Schoko Mensch bin. Löst sich im Shaker auch gut auf. Verbrauch ist gefühlt recht hoch, aber der Preis ist hier ja relativ günstig.
