Newton Running's latest model update to the lightweight performance neutral shoe, the Gravity 11, has taken a decent amount of power to the sole: Newton's new Newtonuim X cushioning. The power formula of this damping is as simple as it is effective: more in, more out!

This means that the Hytrel® foam that Newtonium X is made of absorbs more of your impact energy and then releases more of it back to you. Newtonium-X-Cushioning
The damping developed for the new 2022 Newton models corresponds perfectly with the P.O.P.1 system. The continuous, thin damping layer made of Hytrel®, a foam that returns energy quickly, allows you an extremely reactive, cushioned run without unnecessary energy loss.

P.O.P. Technology
P.O.P., or Point of Power, is the patented design that sets Newton Running apart from other running shoe brands and is the basis for the unique feel of the Action/Reaction™ technology and Lug System. Their shoes have three different P.O.P. designations for three different levels of demand.

Action/Reaction™- Technology
The magic powering Newton Running shoes is the revolutionary full foot Action/Reaction Technology system. The lugs on the sole compress and rebound as you move through each stride, creating a responsove, trampoline-like cushioning system that provides greater impact absoprtion, quicker bounce-back, and less energy loss than traditional foam-core running shoes.

Anti-Friction Lining
The inner lining is soft to prevent friction and blisters.

3-D Engineered Air Mesh
The anatomically shaped, soft air mesh in the upper perfectly adapts to your foot shape and ensures a good foot climate.

Seamless upper
There are no irritating pressure points or friction caused by seams with this upper material.

Flexible lacing system
