Radon Jealous AL 8.0 – Hardtail 29"
For the 2021 model year there is an absolute novelty with the Jealous AL: the very high-quality aluminum frame is moving into the price range of 1,000 €. In addition to the top frame, the Jealous AL 8.0 is also equipped with the brand new Shimano Deore 1x12 gearshift, which allows silky smooth gearshifts and with its bandwidth, climbing the steepest of climbs.
Highlights of the Jealous AL 8.0
At the front, a comfortable Rock Shox Judy Gold suspension fork with its 100mm travel absorbs large and small shocks, on long tar climbs it can be blocked from the handlebars. For crisp braking maneuvers, a Shimano BR-MT400 brake is installed, which decelerates the forward thrust in a controlled manner. A light combination of SUN Ringle Düroc wheels and Schwalbe's Racing Ray/Racing Ralph tires lets you accelerate quickly and also provides the necessary grip. More is not possible for 1049 €...

The Jealous Frame
Let your competitors turn green with envy! Hydroforming enables striking elements of design and stylish tube shapes with high stiffness scores. So as not to neglect comfort, we have fitted the JEALOUS AL with seat stays which flex slightly and, with the help of variable wall thickness, achieved low frame weights starting from a mere 1680 grammes. The frame is designed to fit the cable of a dropper seatpost, and the PressFit standard in the bottom bracket area allows kilometre-long, stress-free cycling. Of course, the frame is designed to fit the state-of-the-art Boost standard in the axles, guaranteeing more rigidity of wheels.

Für den Preis gabs ja vor Corona Bikes mit SLX/XT Ausstattung, aber heute musst du für Deore am Hardtail locker 1200 Euros zahlen, nicht bei Radon! Komplett Deore mit solidem leichten Alu-Rahmen mit toller Geo für vergleichsweise wenig Geld, super. Und das Ding macht Spaß, ist relativ leicht, lange Strecke ermüdungsfrei genauso drin wie Trails fegen, super. Ich hab Fun!
