    Aluminum frame and nevertheless ready to race? It works...with our Jealous AL 10.0 SL. We designed everything to keep the overall weight low, of course without compromising when it comes to durability and function.

    Highlights of the Radon Jealous AL 10.0 SL

    The basis is our lightweight Jealous aluminum frame with all the technical features you need. Rock Shox’ SID Select+ suspension fork with its sporty/firm 100 mm stroke on the front ensures control on the trail with minimum load on the scale. SRAM provides tremendous range with the complete GX Eagle 1x12 rear derailleur group, including the brand new 10-52 tooth cassette, so you can tackle both the steepest uphill as well as be able to pedal full-on in the downhill. With the MT8 Pro brakes, Magura provides a stopper that is as toxic as it is light, which allows you to finely control every braking action. The cockpit in addition to the seat post also have a lot to offer: Newmen supplies the lightweight carbon handlebar and the seat post made of the same material. The matching stem with its titanium screws cuts down on the last few grams of weight. To supplement the rest, DT Swiss chi[s in with the brand new, lightweight X1700 Spline wheelset on which the lightest tires that Schwalbe can currently offer are mounted: Racing Ray and Racing Ralph in the Super Race version, which also have a lot to offer visually with their “transparent skin” sidewall.     The Jealous AL Frame

    Let your competitors turn green with envy! Hydroforming enables striking elements of design and stylish tube shapes with high stiffness scores. So as not to neglect comfort, we have fitted the JEALOUS AL with seat stays which flex slightly and, with the help of variable wall thickness, achieved low frame weights starting from a mere 1680 grammes. The frame is designed to fit the cable of a dropper seatpost, and the PressFit standard in the bottom bracket area allows kilometre-long, stress-free cycling. Of course, the frame is designed to fit the state-of-the-art Boost standard in the axles, guaranteeing more rigidity of wheels.

  • Valutazioni
    Besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht nicht. Top Komponenten. Bisher keinerlei Probleme mit dem Rad. Einfach ein Traum.
    Traumhafter Rahmen, das Matt-finish macht einiges her. Das Hydroforming sorgt für einen kantigen Carbon-Look. Die Geometrie ist nicht übertrieben sportlich, man sitzt trotz steilem Lenkwinkel bequem und recht neutral. Die Komponenten sprechen eigentlich für sich, Sid und X1700 machen das Rad unheimlich leicht. Newman Carbon Parts sehen Schick aus, über deren Haltbarkeit kann ich noch keine Aussage treffen. Der Lenker weist einen merklichen Flex beim Pumpen auf, im normalen fahren aber quasi nicht merkbar. Reifen Rollen erwartungsgemäß leichtgängig und gleiten dahin. Die Magura Stopper machen einen massiven Eindruck. Bremszange ist wuchtig gebaut und wirkt sehr wertig. Überraschend war nach einbremsen die Power der zwei Kolben. Für leichtere Traileinsätze sollte die Bremskraft für die meisten Fahrer ausreichen. Einfinger Bremshebel ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Maguratypischen Prügeln sehr angenehm. Die ersten längeren Ausfahrten stehen an, für den ersten Eindruck ist alles sauber verarbeitet, keine losen Speichen, Schrauben, etc. Macht schon mal einiges her, das Bike.
