Technologies
IN-Mold
With the In-Mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single process while it is being foamed. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. This production process also makes it possible to form significantly better ventilation systems and vents. In-Mold helmets are therefore lighter than traditional helmets and have significantly better ventilation systems.
Ergo Fit
After a thorough revision, the ErgoDial is now called Ergo Fit™. In addition to a significantly improved adjustment mechanism (no more squeezing and twisting), it is now also much slimmer and less conspicuous.
