I bought size L Pros: works great in hot humid weather (30+C') Cons: My legs before a ride have ~47cm in diameter, and it's fine, but after a few mins once the muscles are pumped with blood, L size are very tight for my legs quads/biceps. So L size are ok, for those who have not more than 45cm in diameter (at ~5cm on top of the knee).
