At the front, the RockShox ZEB Select with Charger RC cartridge and large DebonAir+ air chamber with its 170 mm travel smoothly irons out any bumps, no matter how big, and guarantees you full control at all times. At the rear, the RockShox Super Deluxe Select+, also with 170 mm, completes the high-quality suspension. Bike park closed with lift assistance? No problem: With the SRAM Eagle 12-speed drivetrain with a large 10-52 cassette, pedaling uphill is not an issue and makes you look forward to the next descent even on long climbs. With the SUNringlé Düroc SD37 Expert wheelset including the Schwalbe Magic Mary combination on the front wheel and Big Betty on the rear, you have full traction on the track at all times. However, if the pace is too fast, you can rely on the powerful Magura MT5 brake anchor: With four pistons per brake calliper, you have deceleration en masse and can concentrate fully on the trail. The RADON Vario dropper with up to 150 mm travel and a classy Race Face Æffect cockpit also help you do this. The SWOOP 9.0 will convince you!
The SWOOP Family
The specifications for the development of the carbon version of the SWOOP were clear - fresh design, modern kinematics and new shock linkage. The result is a light and stiff carbon main frame with a solid aluminium rear triangle. No stone has been left unturned. Progressive geometry, 29" wheels, geometry adjustment, 170mm travel - no compromises have been made here! The kinematics even allow coil shocks. For high manoeuvrability, we kept the chainstays short at 438mm and despite the long wheelbase and the flat steering angle, even tight turns are child's play. The highlight is the rotatable headset, which can change the steering angle by 1.5 degrees.
