Expensive but lacking. Love the idea of a small mirror that can be folded out of the way when not needed. This is exactly what I want for my commuter bike. Unfortunately it seems the focus of the product lies solely with the slip-over mounting option and the fixed option is a lackluster afterthought. Bought two of these at 33€ a piece thinking they would surely be sturdy and of good quality for the price, and unless I somehow got two mirrors that missed quality control, the fault has to be in the design. The tabs on the inside which are supposed to lock the mirror into place for the fixed internal bar mount are so shallow that the mirror just rotates over them even when tightened. And the tightening function is so mushy compared to another brand of mirror I had before of similar size that it baffles me when I look back at the price comparison. 8€ vs 33€, and the 8€ mirror's tightening system felt solid and like it gave a very positive clamping within the bar without having to think about it twice. And with the design of this "locking tabs" feature, when it inevitably spins out from the tabs as you tighten or manipulate it, you end up pushing the mirror out from the bar as you tighten it. And if you try to push the mirror in as you tighten it, it just doesn't really tighten well. It doesn't matter how little, how much, or how perfectly you tighten these mirrors. They will always rotate over those internal tabs and it is incredibly annoying as you accidentally bump your pinky finger on the protruding little horns that hold the tension for the ball joints and see sky or ground without having moved the mirror joint itself. To add to my issues I noticed a small crack forming on the edge of one of the mirrors after a week's use after opening the mirror. I'm not sure if this is a stress crack from opening it, or whether it is a production error. On the plus side the mirror sight picture was very good until the crack formed. Oh well, what a shame.
Ich liebe meinen CORKY URBAN! Der konvexe Spiegel gibt einen klaren, genauen Blick auf die Autos hinter sich, perfekt für sicheres Pendeln. Mein einziges Problem ist die Silikonhalterung - sie ist zwar stabil, aber auf dickeren Lenkern schwierig zu verwenden. Ich hoffe, es geht Ihnen gut.
Hier bei Bike Discount im August für das E-Bike meiner Frau gekauft. Use Case: Blick auf die Kleine im Sitz hinter ihr und natürlich auch auf den rückwärtigen Verkehr. Dabei trotzdem unauffällig und nicht so ein optisches No-go wenn Papa mal mit dem Tiefeinsteiger Kindertransporter unterwegs ist ;-). Leider leider, ein totaler Reinfall. Nach knapp einem halben Jahr ist der Spiegel einfach am Kugelgelenkarm abgebrochen als ich diesen einstellen wollte. Das Rad hatte keinen Sturz, keinen Umfaller oder sonst eine Manipulation, die das erklären könnte. Der Lack vom Spiegelgehäuse makellos und frei von Kratzern. Typischer Fall von Materialermüdung. So filigran wie das Teil ist eigentlich auch kein Wunder - ist das Bauteil doch aus Kunststoff. Vielleicht mal als Stahlfeingussteil konstruieren liebe Ingenieure bei Corky… die Idee Ist clever, daher noch der zweite Stern. Sonst wäre es bei einem geblieben… Ein großes Lob geht an die Reklamationsabteilung von Bike Discount: Kurze Mail, Fall geschildert, drei Fotos mitgesendet und zwei Tage später hatte ich die Gutschrift über den Kaufpreis bereits auf dem Konto. So geht Kundenbindung - auch wenn es mal nicht rund läuft.

Great product! easy installation and simple to use. Is small but well designed. I use it in my commute ride and helps to don't need to turn the head back.
