Protective bib shorts for demanding conditions in winter: the padded Equipe R HABU S9 bib shorts by ASSOS
With an extra layer of insulation at the knees and an integrated three-layer membrane in the crotch, these racingFit bib tights protect the most cold-sensitive areas of the body. The rest of the tights are made from the strong RX EVO thermal fabric, which forgoes water-repellent properties in favor of greater breathability. The EQUIPE R HABU ensures that you are optimally equipped for the coming winter season.
For winter rides, in cold and dry conditions, the tight can be combined with a HABU Winter Jacket and matching winter accessories.
The legs are insulated with RX EVO Plus - a warm RX EVO textile. This is an extremely breathable textile that is odor resistant, abrasion resistant and does not fade when stretched, but remains black. A section of the new AIRBLOCK.888, a specially developed, three-layer membrane, insulates the center of the body while protecting you from wind and water. Additional RX inserts provide thermoregulation at the knees.
The racingFit fit fits like a second skin and creates an aerodynamic silhouette. It was developed with feedback from the WorldTour and has proven itself in WorldTour races. The twinDeck design provides extra insulation at the knees.

Maybe I misread the description but these are not winterpants for me. Maybe in Spain but not in South Holland. I find that ideal temperature for the model is +8-15C, so more like spring / autumn tights. Very comfortable to ride because of excellent padding. They fail as wind protection is quite poor and making your life miserable in colder temperatures.
