The RockShox 35 Silver R coil fork works very comfortably at the front and provides 160mm of suspension travel. It is supported by 140mm of sensitive travel at the rear, which is realised by RockShox's Deluxe Select rear shock. Also from SRAM comes the SX Eagle drivetrain, which with its 12 gears always has the right ratio at the ready and, thanks to the wide-band cassette, allows you to climb the steepest climbs without any problems. Of course, the heart of the bike is also massively involved: the Bosch Performance CX engine with its powerful 85 Nm of torque and 250 W of continuous power, which make the trail uphill a pure pleasure. The drive unit is of course from Bosch's smart system series. With the four modes that can be switched from the handlebars, you decide yourself whether the motor pulls at you like a lift or supports you more leisurely. So that you can discover many dream trails in a row, the large 750 Wh battery is on board to guarantee you long tours. The Kiox 300 display provides you with all the important information about your tour and is positioned centrally in front of you so that you can always keep an eye on it without taking your eyes off the trail. Powerful Magura MT5 Thirty brakes in combination with large 203mm discs allow you to keep control of your speed at all times. You are always in control of the situation with the Race Face cockpit and the Radon dropper seatpost, which you can operate comfortably from the handlebar and which gives you plenty of room to move on technical descents. The Render Frame
The RENDER AL marks the entry into the RADON pedelec fullsuspension modelrange and offers full performance on the trail with its modern, hydroformed aluminium frame, even in the entry-level segment. The aluminium frame is solid yet lightweight; for reasons of weight reduction, the wing known from the carbon brother is omitted and replaced by a significantly lighter, slim shock mount under the top tube. The shapely frame accommodates the large 750 Wh battery in the down tube, which can be easily removed for charging via a battery cover on the underside. Alternatively, the charging process can of course also be controlled via the external charging port on the seat tube with the battery installed in the bike. The cable routing on the entire bike is very clean and functional, so that no scrubbing or rattling cables spoil the joy of biking. Kinematically, the RENDER AL is based on the proven carbon version and features specially tuned suspension elements.

At the start into the networked e-bike world, Bosch is equipping the top drive unit Performance line CX for the future. The well-known motor with a new connectivity is accompanied by Bosch's brand-new PowerTube 750 battery - for longer riding pleasure with a significantly increased range. Beside the new Kiox 300 display, the new LED remote, and the new 4A charger, the new smart system also includes the new eBike Flow app, which now is the center for customizing your e-bike! Thanks to the network, you can easily retrofit new functions or install updates "over-the-air". Of course, you can also track your activities and customize the riding modes. The retrofittable "ConnectModule" is intended to increase security, enabling new options for e-bike theft protection. For example, an acoustic alarm can be triggered in the event of an attempted theft, and the bike can also be tracked if it has been stolen. Further features are planned to promise more riding fun and safety with the smart system by Bosch.

Bosch Performance Line CX drive unit
Power on the hill
The maximum torque of 85 Nm has a noticeable effect on your riding behaviour when eMountain biking. The powerful motor enables rapid acceleration after tight turns and obstacles at a low cadence and facilitates starting up on the steepest of hills. For fast sprints, the motor also supports you at high cadence.
Intuitive handling
A mode for more focus: Specially designed for sporty use, eMTB mode offers you optimum control and intuitive handling, as you need to switch less between the different riding modes. With this clever function of the eMTB mode, technical sections can be mastered with confidence and obstacles such as root systems and rock gardens can be overcome by applying targeted pedal pressure with the Extended Boost. The Performance Line CX drive unit thus ensures even more riding enjoyment and a flow experience that sets the standard.

Whether off-road or on asphalt, Tour+ mode is always the perfect choice. That's because it constantly adapts to you. Sensors on the motor measure important riding data more than 1,000 times per second, enabling Tour+ mode to determine optimum support for you. It delivers the additional power so sensitively that you not only experience a natural riding sensation, but also enjoy a longer range by applying more power.
A personal riding experience
To ensure that the eBike’s handling characteristics suit your riding style or the selected route, the available riding modes can be customised using the eBike Flow app. The level of the support, dynamics, maximum speed and maximum torque of the drive can thus be flexibly adjusted to your personal needs and preferences. Intensive training or extended eBike ride — the riding modes always offer you the right support and enable even more riding enjoyment.

Enhancing the eBike
Use the eBike Flow app to download new features and updates for components such as the battery or motor and send them to your eBike via Bluetooth. That way it's always up to date and you get to enjoy more options.
Recording activities
Track your ride and fitness data as soon as you get started. If desired, the Activity Tracking for iPhone users can also sync all data automatically with Apple Health. When you take a break, the recording stops automatically.
Customising riding modes
Adjust the riding mode exactly to your needs: You can finely adjust the Eco, Tour, Sport and Turbo riding modes so that they offer you more support or consume less power.
Everything at a glance

Operation via the LED remote is simple and is visually supported by animations and images. The handy display underlines the sleek eBike look and is protected against water splashes and dust.
Helpful support
An end to tedious pushing. The new Walk Assist function can be activated via the LED remote and supports the rider on particularly steep climbs. Kiox 300 provides clear, visual guidance and facilitates intuitive operation. The display also supports you before or during the ride by clearly showing you the remaining range for all riding modes. This allows you to better assess which riding mode can be used to reach your destination.
Positioning as desired
The display mount allows for centralised positioning of the display on the handlebar and is adjusted as per your personal preference. The tilt angle of the display can also be individually adjusted — for optimum readability during the ride.

The LEDs are also highly visible in sunlight, and the brightness of the display adapts flexibly to the ambient light: This means that readability is maintained even in changing light conditions and you are never dazzled. You can also quickly recognise the selected riding mode by the respective colour.
Smart connectivity
Greater flexibility, comfort, and safety: The LED remote connects the eBike with the eBike Flow app. This enables you to call up all important riding data, such as the duration of your ride or the distance covered, using your smartphone and to share this with other users. It is also possible to carry out software updates independently.
Smart Walk Assist
Even on the steepest of trails, when riding is no longer an option, you can push your eBike more easily with the help of Walk Assist: Simply press the minus button, move the eBike and you will already feel the support. The LED remote also acts as your guide, making handling easier for you. Walk Assist is especially helpful when eMountain biking in challenging terrain.

The 4A charger is the perfect charger with many advantages: It charges quickly, is easy to use and is visually appealing. The small and lightweight charger is ideal for on-the-go charging and supplies the PowerTube 750 with the necessary energy in no time: It takes six hours to fully charge the battery, and just over two hours to charge it halfway. The perfect opportunity for a restful break along the way.
Mein ersten größeren Einsätze mit dem Render waren Querfeldeinfahrten. Ich hab Schutzbleche dran geklemmt und es wegen dem starken Akku und Motor für einen Ausflug durch Nordfrankreich genutzt. Dafür ist es nicht wirklich gemacht, aber es hat trotzdem gut geklappt und mir geholfen, das Bike komplett kennenzulernen. Es ist (bis jetzt) einfach super zuverlässig und sportlich, bergauf ein Traum. Die Federung war auf den Punkt eingestellt und hat bislanf noch jede Unebenheit ausgeglichen. Gut gefertigt und aus Alluminium ist außerdem der Rahmen Das Bosch-System spielt von den Funktionen her in einer eigenen Klasse, das Design des Displays könnte meiner Meinung nach aber etwas moderner sein. DAs MTB ist eher hell, das verpflichtet zur Pflege. Für Liebhaber halt. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.
Bought 3 bikes. For my friend and my wife. Great bike for general trips on mountains, easy trials in bike parks. Great quality for this price. Really recommend. Just for information if you are around 187 buy XL size. My wife 165 has M size. Recommend!
The bike is awesome. Great price-to-quality ratio (compared it to other eMTBs my friends have). The engine is excellent on all types of terrain and ramps, and the battery is big enough to not have any "surprises" on long runs. You will have to make some adjustments after a couple of rides, as the cables tend to "loosen", but that's a normal behavior for new bikes. All in all, it's a great bike and I highly recommend it. PS: the delivery was way quicker than stated on the website, especially since it was shipped outside of Germany.
