It makes you very shiny and visible. It is windproof. It is waterproof. It has deep back pockets, including a zippered mid pocket. It rolls quite small. It is sized as advertised. The price is right. However, there is one major flaw: the shiny material is just not breathable. At all. Any kind of exercise or pedalling, and you're left feeling just as damp as you would've been riding in the rain without it. It's a shame, because otherwise it would've been a great jacket. Maybe it's fine for riding an e-scooter or other PEV that doesn't require a lot of sweating, I would not recommended this for cycling. UPDATE: I was possibly using the product wrong. It gets stuffy in warm weather, but actually, the impressive wind- and water-resistance and shininess make it more suitable for cold weather instead. Stuff a base layer and thick fleece underneath, and you can ride up to as low as -5C. Let's just say it's best at temperatures of 0C to 10-15C with either a long sleeve shirt or a midlayer. If it's that cold, then it's usually also dark at night, and so its impressive visibility comes handy.
