Nicht nur die Schlösser Abus sind Top. Die Helme anscheinend auch. Sitzt hervorragend und ist unaufällig. Im direkten Vergleich mit meinem Bell Volt RL bin ich beim Aventor direkt mit dem Verschlusssystem klargekommen, ohne das ich mehrere Anpassungen vornehmen musste um die Ohren nicht mit abzuklemmen.
Ich habe einen großen Kopf und dementsprechend drei Helme in Größe L bestellt – zwei von Giro und einen von Abus. Der Abus sieht von allen am schicksten aus, folgt wunderbar meiner Kopfform, umschließt sowohl den Hinterkopf, die Seiten als auch vorne alles, was geschützt werden soll. Der anpassbare Befestigungsring innen ist angenehm am Kopf und sorgt dafür, dass der Helm bombenfest auf dem Kopf sitzt. Im Gegensatz zu den Helmen des Mitbewerbers bietet dieser hier an den Seiten jedoch genug Platz zu den Ohren, sodass man noch komfortabel an sowohl an die AirPods kommt, als auch eine Sportbrille mit dicken Bügeln anziehen kann, ohne dass sie mit dem Helm um Platz kämpfen müssen. Außerdem lässt sich die Brille hervorragend in den Luftschlitzen unterbringen, wenn man kurz eine Espressopause am Lieblingscafé macht. Der Verschluss bietet genug Spiel auch für gut gebaute Hälse. Top!
