Xenofit Energy Gel is a sensible combination of short- and longer-chain carbohydrates for athletes. In addition, it contains vitamins B2 and B6, as these help to reduce exhaustion and are important for energy metabolism.

All gels contain a highly concentrated carbohydrate mixture and are easily digestible.
