This carbohydrate bar fulfils the modern demands for a sports bar with an optimised combination of carbohydrates, fat and protein. The Xenofit energy bar fulfils the recommendation of the DGE (German Association for Nutrition) to cover more than 50% of your energy needs with carbohydrates.

An important ingredient of all four different tastes are oat flakes, without additional fat to improve the taste and artificial colours. In addition the Xenofit energy bar contains important vitamins, especially for energy metabolism neccessary vitamins B1 , B2 , B6 and niacin, as well as the ”athletes-mineral” magnesium und the ”bone-mineral” calcium. Magnesium contributes among other things reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium is needed for healthy bones.
