It is a great product but no instructions in my box. And also with the instructions on web site, it is quite difficult to understand the first time how to install. Then when you fight for more than 1 hour, it becomes clear and easy. So take a look carefully to the tutorial on youtube and the images how to tight the rope.
I have been really dissapointed with this product. It doesn't fit on all my Bikes, on top an attachment broke when I tried to remove it from one of my Bikes. Compared to similar products this is really expensive.
