Allround Grease from Split Second lets the hard-to-reach moving parts of your bike run longer more freely - for more speed.

Grease is a waterproof lubricant that is heavier and thicker than oil and most chain lubricants. Therefore, it is often used on parts of the bike that are not often in view and, accordingly, are less likely to be checked or disassembled. On the bike grease has two main functions: 1. It keeps important components movable and free from water ingress. 2. It prevents seizure of static metal-to-metal connections. Primarily, grease is used to keep moving parts of the bike running freely. You'll find it in the bearings of your wheels, in your bottom bracket and headset, and in the moving parts of your brakes and shifters. The main non-moving areas where grease should be used are seatposts and bolt threads. These parts are under pressure against metal for a long time. Therefore, they can seize, after which they are very difficult to remove. So ideally you grease every screw before tightening.
