Politex
The politex material is constructed of several overlapping layers with different physical-mechanical properties, the compacted PVC is then coupled to two fabrics (knitted fabric + felt) that is then is film dyed for long-lasting color retention. Politex offers strong resistance to ripping, laceration, stretching and fading. Politex is made in strict compliance with European regulations and is a totally green product.
MTB RS17 Sole
Carbon fiber-reinforced nylon sole with grippy plastic inserts and rubberized SIDI logo in the midsole area, for optimum traction in running passages and more safety when entering the pedal. Exchangeable thread inserts in the cleat area, additional inserts for optional studs. Compatible with all standard MTB pedal systems. Interchangeable profile insert in the toe area.
Tecno 3 System
Comfortable and ergonomic shoe fixation by means of nylon cable and twist lock on the upper part of the shoe. Easy handling even while driving. Additional securing with Velcro fastener.
Soft Instep 3 Closure System
Anatomically shaped instep band for optimal adjustment and even distribution of pressure on the foot.
Heel Cup
The reinforced heel keeps the foot in a optimal position and avoids the shoe being deformed by extreme performance or prolonged pressure.
HIGH SECURITY VELCRO
Velcro fastener with integrated interlocking made from plastic hook. The Velcro remains in the correct position without slipping.

Überraschend bequem! Ich war schon lange auf der Suche nach einem bequemen Schuh fürs Rennrad mit dem man bei Bedarf auch mal gut gehen kann, ohne die Treppe runter zu fallen. Sidi hat mir immer schon gut gefallen, war aber immer zu schmal. Und zu teuer. Ich habe Gr 44 und bei Birkenstock "breiter Fuß". aber der hier passt in 45 super bequem in der Breite, fährt sich gut (auf dem Rennrad mit SPD Pedal) ist relativ günstig und man geht mit der MTB Sohle erholsam gut. Außerdem sieht er einfach geil aus. -was will man mehr? Lieferung wie immer blitzschnell. Hab gerade gesehen, den gibt es auch als Trace 2 Mega für breitere Füße.

Das Sidi-Vorgängermodell ist nach 20 Jahren und rund 20.000 km Rennrad-Kilometern technisch zwar noch einwandfrei, musste aber für dieses neue Modell Platz machen. Die Größe hat Sidi keinen Millimeter geändert, drum passen auch die neuen Schuhe wie eine zweite Haut und machen einen kleinen Fuß. Neben der Optik schätze ich die Profilnoppen, mit denen man beim Gehen nicht rumeiert oder gar seinen Cappuccino verschüttet. Top Schuhe!
