Shimano XT FC-M8130-1 12-speed Crank without Chainring

The Shimano XT FC-M8130 1x12-speed crank with 181 mm Q-factor, 56.5 mm chainline and 157 mm O.L.D stands for highest drive efficiency at low weight. It offers optimum power transmission and maximum speed for the new XT system, which only use 1 chainring.

In addition to a new special 12-speed chain (CN-M8100) with the corresponding new 12-speed QUICK LINK lock, SHIMANO is also equipping the XT M8100 with new cranksets for 12-speed (FC-M8100/8120/8130-1). Most of them use 1-speed systems and a wide range of chainrings (28T to 36T) is available.

The new XT 1x12-speed cranks are characterised by DYNAMIC CHAIN ENGAGEMENT+ technology, whose special high-precision tooth profile ensures that the chain finds optimum grip on the upper part of the chainring on rough terrain, but detaches equally well from the chainring at the bottom, thus ensuring efficiency, smoothness and low noise of the drive. The cranks are equipped with a direct-mount system for quick and safe assembly of the chainrings, enabling chainrings to be changed in no time at all. The crank is available in boost and non-boost specifications.
