Size 42-44 (L) is very very very tight for my Shimano 44 shoe. Quality is good.

Not suitable for rainy days but will keep your feet dry for passing rain. Highly visible. Size up, I got XXL (47~49) for 45 Shimano MTB shoes and they fit snuggly.
