At the front, the RockShox Pike Ultimate suspension fork with Charger 3 RC2 cartridge provides 130mm of comfortable suspension travel and also has a low impact on the scales. At the rear, it is complemented by the Deluxe Select+ shock from the same company, which allows 120mm of travel and, together with the Pike, results in a balanced chassis. The SKEEN TRAIL is designed for extended touring and is equipped with a 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle shifting system, which offers a wide range of options for every topographical challenge of the terrain. The Eagle derailleur impresses with sharp, precise gear changes and the 10-52 tooth cassette allows you to scramble up the steepest climbs with relaxed calves, even at the end of the tour. The powerful Magura MT Trail Custom brake with four pistons at the front always keeps you in a calm pulse range, it always works powerfully and can be finely dosed. The short, wide Race Face Æffect R cockpit provides a lot of control and safety. In addition, there is the RADON dropper, which gives you plenty of freedom of movement to get the centre of gravity to the rear in technically demanding downhill terrain. To match the rest of the equipment, we put lightweight and solid SUNringlé Düroc Expert 35 wheels on the SKEEN TRAIL AL, which give you plenty of propulsion and are made for many carefree kilometres. Our SKEEN TRAIL AL is ready to accompany you on trail adventures of all kinds, whether epic tours, alpine crossings or first attempts in the bike park. With 130mm travel at the front and 120mm at the rear, you have a firm but comfortable chassis at your disposal. The geometry is sporty but not too progressive, so you can master long climbs just as easily as demanding downhills. Well-rolling tires and a wide range of gears make long tours easier.
The SKEEN TRAIL AL Frame
The frame of the SKEEN TRAIL AL is geometrically based on its tried-and-tested carbon brother, with a steep seat and flat steering angle enabling fast climbing on the one hand and full control in steep descents on the other. All SKEEN TRAIL bikes roll on large, roll-over-friendly 29" wheels, the cables are routed inside the frame for a clean look and the gears are uncompromisingly designed for single drives. The SKEEN TRAIL AL offers 130mm of travel at the front and 120mm at the rear.

L'ho comprata perché ha un telaio in alluminio molto elegante e i componenti Sram. E sinceramente non me ne sono pentita!
Konnte mich anfangs nicht zwischen dem Slide Trail AL und Skeen Trail AL entscheiden. Nutze es hauptsächlich für Touren sowie gelegentliche Trails und bereue meine Entscheidung keineswegs. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diesen Alu-Allrounder!
