At the front, the new Pike Ultimate is the top fork in its range, offers 130mm of sensitive travel, has various adjustment options for rebound and compression and impresses with the brand new Charger 3 RC2 cartridge, especially on the trail. The Deluxe Select+ rear shock with its 120mm travel is in no way inferior to the fork. Together they form a well-balanced chassis that always gives you feedback on the ground, but also provides you with a lot of comfort. The powerful Magura MT Trail Custom, which with its four pistons at the front and the large discs has a massive bite, but also leaves you room to modulate sensitively. Full control over the terrain is provided by the sublime Race Face Turbine R cockpit, which flatters your hands with a perfect shape and always lets you keep calm. For demanding sections, simply lower the RADON Competition dropper vario post from the handlebar, shift your centre of gravity further back and let the bike do its thing. But our SKEEN TRAIL is also made for the uphill: extended tours and steep climbs are no problem, because we mount a complete SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed groupset, which not only changes gears precisely, but with its large cassette and the cleverly selected chainring also takes the fear out of every climb. The really light Newmen Evolution SL A.30 wheelset, which not only takes the strain off the scales and looks good, but also scores with its large inner rim width and stiffness. To round off the trail bike package, we opt for Schwalbe Nobby Nic tires, which have a fine mix of rolling performance, puncture protection and grip for the big tour. I've had the bike a couple of months now andi have loved every ride! It's a great bike for aggressive trail riding.
Quite a handful. I spent my first two rides adapting to the new and very responsive feel. It's one of those bikes that challenge you and push you to go fast, and frankly, I like that.
Nachdem ich immer mit meinem Enduro unterwegs war, bin ich erstaunt, dass so wenig Federweg für das Meiste ausreicht. Dieses Rad macht auf Trails richtig Spaß, solange es nicht wirklich Endurogelände ist. Und selbt da fährt man dann eben etwas langsamer. Es wird alles im richtigen Maß gedämpft und man erhält gute Rückmeldung. Das Skeen ist ein Rad für wirklich schnelle Trailtouren.
Fahre das Skeen jetzt 1 Jahr und bin sehr zufrieden. Schnelles, wendiges Trail- und Marathonbike mit leichten schwächen am Hinterbau. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gerne wieder
Skeen Trail 10.0 Bike wurde verlässlich und zuverlässig geliefert. Ein sehr schönes Bike mit einem sauber verarbeiteten Rahmem und teils sehr guten Komponenten. Ich hab mich auf das gute Preis Leistungsverhältnis von Radon verlassen, muss aber sagen daß das Trail 10.0 doch einige Punkte hat die ich von Radon nicht erwartet hätte. - die Gabel PIKE Ultimate ist zum Bergauffahren absolut nicht geeignet - Rdon Sattelstüze mit Seilzug ist nicht angenehm zum bedienen - Bremsanlage bin eigentlich ein Fan von Magura, aber wer verbaut eine Bremsanlage wo Hinten und Vorne verschiedene Bremsklötze verwendet werden, Bremsleistung 2 Kolben hinten sehr sehr verzögert Schwach - Sram Kassette 10-52 ist von der Abstufung 42 - 52 zu groß - Sram GX Schalthebel sind die Bedienhebel abstand zu groß gewöhnungsbedürftig - keine Schnellspanner auf Steckachse bei einem Platten oder Radausbau Werkzeug Impus ausbacken Ein Bike mit einer angenehmen Geometrie und einer sehr angenehmen Sitzposition.
Bicicletta acquistata nel maggio del 2023 e pagata 2600€ spedita a casa. Probabilmente oggi con lo stesso budget non la ricomprerei in quanto si trovano offerte di prodotti migliori allo stesso prezzo. Sostanzialmente è una buona bicicletta con componenti in parte di buon livello, forcella e cerchi sono ottimi mentre il mono fa un po' fatica a seguire le asperità nei Trail più impegnativi. La vera nota negativa sono i freni, In prima battuta perché è inconcepibile come su una bicicletta da 3000€ con un telaio in classe 4 e quindi sicuramente destinata ad un pubblico non alle prime armi, le leve dei freni siano a due dita, ma soprattutto l'accoppiata dischi magura e pinze magura generano un'infinità di rumore e anche Vibrazioni. In merito a questo problema ho scritto al servizio clienti di Bike Discount e mi è stato risposto che è abbastanza normale e che si può risolvere con della carta vetrata da passare sui dischi una volta ogni tanto. Chiaramente ritengo inaccettabile questa risposta e in futuro difficilmente comprerò un prodotto di questo prezzo tramite questo Shop. Peraltro leggendo vari forum presenti in rete, ho letto di parecchi utenti che si lamentano dell'accoppiata dei dischi Wave con pinze MT 5 per cui il problema è noto. Voglio anche specificare che il problema del rumore Ha iniziato ad essere presente fin dai primi chilometri. Ho sostituito le pastiglie anteriori con altre uguali sempre originali magura senza nessun tipo di miglioramento
