Highlights of the Skeen AL 8.0
The basis is the tried and tested, lightweight SKEEN AL aluminium frame, which has a carbon rocker for extra stiffness and whose geometry is known for its sporty all-round capability. We refine the frame with a complete Fox chassis, consisting of the 34 Rhythm fork Sweep Adjust fork with 130mm travel and the Float DPS Performance shock, which generates 120mm of comfortable travel at the rear. A SRAM Eagle groupset with a large 10-52 tooth cassette offers an enormous range of ratios, allowing you to climb the steepest climbs as well as power through downhills. For controlled braking, we give the SKEEN AL 8.0 a powerful Magura MT Thirty with four pistons on the front brake. For technically tricky passages, a lowerable RADON seatpost is on board, which gives you plenty of freedom of movement with its 130mm stroke that can be lowered from the handlebar. The lavish trail package is rounded off with a light and solid SUNringlé Düroc 30 wheelset, which is fitted with grippy Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres. Enjoy trail fun with the SKEEN AL 8.0!
The Skeen Trail AL Family
The SKEEN AL is the evergreen among the RADON Fully models. It has been in the range for a number of years and has been repeatedly improved in details and upgraded with technical innovations. Today's evolutionary stage is a bike for all occasions: with a low weight, it can handle a lot of trail fun, epic day tours are just as much its thing as a marathon. The basis for this is a lightweight aluminium frame with a carbon swingarm that provides 120mm of rear suspension travel. We use suspension forks with 130mm travel for a finely balanced chassis so that you can focus on the essentials: the trail!

Neben RR, Gravelbike, Trekkingbike und MTB Hardtail mein 5. Bike. Dank mildem Wetter über Weihnachten und Neujahr, konnte ich dieses Bike inzwischen ca. 200 km über Stock und Stein scheuchen. Auf der Straße wird einem schnell klar dass es hierfür nicht gebaut wurde. Sicherlich kann dieses Bike weit mehr als ich mir mit meinen fast 63 Jahren noch zu traue. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, fährt sich wie eine Sänfte, auch über grobe Wurzeln Bremsen funktionieren inzwischen auch und das erstaunlich gut, Schaltung perfekt, auch wenn ich diese noch um eine halbe Umdrehung nachstellen musste, zudem noch relativ leicht, Größe 22, gewogene 13,65 kg ohne Pedale! Preis/Leistung unschlagbar.
