In the fast downhill you then benefit from the powerful Magura MT Trail Custom brake system with its four pistons in front, it lets you decelerate at any time powerful and controlled. What is new with the Bosch Performance Line CX engine in model year 2021?
Performance upgrade and new features
A riding experience that sets the benchmark: From model year 2021, the Performance Line CX ensures even more riding enjoyment on the trail - with further developed software and a maximum torque of 85 Nm. The increased torque ensures greater performance, supporting you with even more power, especially in low cadences. In eMTB and Turbo mode, this leads to significantly faster acceleration and makes hill starts much easier. Thanks to a broader cadence range, unpredictable riding situations can be mastered even more effectively - for example in the case of late gear shifting or accelerating out of tight corners. Riding remains smooth and free from jolts, even when out of the saddle or in Turbo mode.
Next-level eMTB mode
The progressive riding mode for every occasion: Advanced eMTB mode ensures eMountain bikers are well-prepared for whatever riding situation the trail may have in store. New sensor and motor control functions give eMountain bikers a much wider range of dynamic and natural support. Riders continue to benefit from the proven technology of eMTB mode: Depending on pedal pressure, progressive motor support adapts perfectly to the riding situation. The improved adjustment of eMTB mode ensures optimum traction control in all gears and enables organic handling (AKA 'power on demand'). Start-up behaviour is much finer and more sensitive - especially in low gears. Due to the increased torque, the drive unit supports an even wider cadence range.

The new Bosch eMTB mode from 2021 - especially for eMountainbikers
For the ultimate Uphill Flow
For powerful eBiking in the mountains and on rough terrain: The eMTB mode of the Performance Line CX and Performance Line switches between the Tour and Turbo modes. To control the bike even on difficult sections, the further optimised eMTB Mode supports eMountain bikers with maximum sensitivity, allied with progressive power delivery: with a maximum torque of up to 75 Nm on the Performance Line and 85 Nm on the Performance Line CX and motor support between 140% and 340%. Depending on the pedal pressure applied, the motor dynamically boosts the rider's own performance. The eBiker does not have to change the riding modes manually. Starting on steep slopes is no problem, while riding on mountain trails is noticeably easier and the eMountain biker benefits from significantly better traction. This provides a natural riding sensation and optimum performance on the trail.

Bosch batteries are an efficient, long-life energy source. Thanks to their enormous mileage, long service life and intelligent battery management system, Bosch lithium-ion batteries are among the most modern on the market. Bosch eBike rechargeable batteries combine low weight with ergonomic design and simple handling. The Battery Management System of the high-quality lithium-ion batteries detects potential sources of error and protects cells from overloading.
Bosch PowerTubes have the power to drive any ride and, thanks to their compact size and minimalist design, can be integrated with the eBike to ideal effect. There are two options for installing the battery: horizontal or vertical. New this year: PowerTube 400 and PowerTube 625. The sophisticated technology of the lithium-ion batteries that can be integrated within the frame ensures carefree riding enjoyment, while a safety catch prevents the battery from falling out even on challenging terrain. Nevertheless, the batteries can be removed with ease.

No memory effect

An sich ein Top Bike, ist schon unser Zweites. Die Qualitätskontrolle war bei Ersten Top, beim Zweiten ein Flop. Dropper keine Arretierung, Bremsscheibe vorne schleift massiv, Bordcomputer Fehler 300, konnte aber alles selber bereinigt werden.
Moin, ich möchte gerne mein Erstkontakt mit einem E-Bike und dem Jealous Hybrid 9.0 625 beschreiben. Die Lieferung erfolgte durch DHL völlig ohne Probleme. Verpackung vom Fahrrad echt super, wurde in einem sehr stabilen Karton geliefert und die extra verpackten Sachen wie Ladegerät, das Kioxdisplay und die Beschreibung waren ebenfalls gut verpackt. Zu Anfang war ich ehr skeptisch gegenüber einem E-Bike, dachte ehr das ist was für extrem faule Leute und eine bessere Gehhilfe. Aber nach mehreren Touren in Waldgebieten, Schotterwegen und Asphalt bin ich von der Agilität der Rades begeistert. Es liegt gut in den Kurven, man kann schnelle Manöver mit machen ohne das Gefühl zu bekommen das das Rad ausbricht. Ebenfalls lobenswert ist die Ausdauer des Akkus, in der letzten Tour bin ich im E-Bike Modus gefahren so knapp 60 km mit Steigungen von fast 15% und auch lang gezogene Steigungen von 5-7% über mehrere Kilometer und das Akku hat es gut bewältigt. Laut Anzeige vom Kioxdisplay immer noch 45% Akkuleistung. Nun zu meinen Kritikpunkten warum es nur für 3 Sterne reichte. 1. Beim auspacken ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Zubehör zwar noch in der original Verpackung war aber diese schon geöffnet wurde. 2. Laut Montage-Checkliste sollte die Schaltwerk eingestellt sein, bei der ersten Probefahrt um zu prüfen ob die Kette alle Gänge gut durchläuft hat sich die Kette gleich erstmal bei dem größten Kranz verabschiedet und ist zwischen Speichen und Kranz gekommen. Das ganze ist dann nochmals bei der Tour passiert, denke der Monteur hat hier wohl nicht sauber gearbeitet. 3. Die Bremse ist nicht wirklich gut eingestellt, den bei Kurvenfahrten fängt die Vorderradbremse an zu singen und geht zu einem quietschen über. Absolut nervig!!! 4. Eine 2 Kolbenbremse an einem E-Bike ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß bei einem Gewicht von 22Kg. Weiterhin ist es nicht möglich die Bremse zu tauschen ohne die Leitung zuwechseln, enttäuscht von Magura.
Bin ganz begeistert bisher von meinem Jealous nach den ersten gut 500 km. Es ist mein zweites Ebike und ein gewaltiger Qualitätssprung von meinem ersten. Das Bike kam in einem riesigen Karton an, war aber fahrfertig aufgebaut. Schaltung, Bremsen und Motor laufen seit dem ohne jeden Tadel, über die Montage und den Versand kann ich nicht meckern. Nach vielen Berichten hatte ich Angst, der Bosch Motor wäre sehr laut, aber das ist bei mir nicht der Fall. Teilweise sind die Shimano Motoren meiner Kumpels lauter. Von meiner Seite aus Daumen hoch für das Jealous, ich hoffe es geht so weiter
