The concept and build quality is great. However, the bag flexes quite a lot when used as a pannier, especially without a laptop inside. The back of the bag has a very thin soft bendy sheet inside, not really comparable to the hard plastics of other panniers. When used as a backpack, the bottom pannier hook starts to rub the wearers´s back after some time, would need more padding on the cover flap. The shoulder straps would need more padding as well to be comfortable (when loaded).
