The Karacal is a training shoe for trail running and is designed for longer off-road training sessions on medium and long distances. It is perfect for post-competition recovery thanks to the perfect comfort and maximum breathability. The Comfort fit fit, compact protective collar "performance-like" and a tongue with traditional construction provide maximum comfort.

Made for long off-road training sessions: the Karacal trail running shoe from La Sportiva

The seamless single-layer 3D mesh upper allows for volume reduction and high breathability, while the rear microfiber reinforcements support the overall stability of the shoe. It is extremely lightweight and flexible thanks to the weight reduction of all materials used and the midsole made of dual density EVA. The sole is made of a durable FriXion blu compound with cleats of different thicknesses and Impact Brake System. This makes it ideal for long training sessions.

Impact Brake System
Designed and developed in the research and development center of La Sportiva, it offers real advantages during running: the negative effect caused by the impact with the ground is minimized.
