knog OI Luxe Bicycle Bell
Bike bells generally look & sound a bit ugly. But why? What if they looked sexy & sounded like an angel playing a glockenspiel? The Knog Oi Luxe certainly does so. This bell features a beautiful tone, but also a remarkable style and choice of materials that embodies a rider’s personality.
Features - OI Luxe Bicycle Bell
- The Look - Where bells usually protrude up or out, Oi Luxe doesn’t. It appears to hover around the handle bars. In one sense, it's discreet. But in another, it stands out as unrecognisable.
- The Sound - We tested numerous prototypes to get the perfect pitch, length of ring, and volume. With a CNC-machined brass dinger, the strike of the bell is firm and fast, allowing a good balance of volume and longevity of sound. Hear it here for yourself! The bell radiates the sound to the front, which is why the driver perceives the sound as significantly quieter.
- The Mounting - And what about the cables and cables running along the handlebars? Don't worry, we thought of that too. A small "cable management system" is built into the bracket. This not only ensures trouble-free operation of the bell, but also provides additional order in the steering area.

Looks good, not noticeable in a good way and initially works well. However I bought three of these to different bikes and after one year the spring in all of these is either broken or tired so that it can't generate enough power to make a sound.
