Take 1-2 nitrate shots 2.5-3 hours before training. Well-trained athletes would also do well to take 1-2 nitrate shots per day 3-7 days before competition to replenish nitrate levels. Shake before use. Avoid the use of antibacterial mouthwash or chewing gum during the entire intake period, and it is also not recommended to brush your teeth immediately after taking the product so as not to impair the effect.
