The SHIMANO ULTREAD GF rubber compound and the wide, hexagonal tread pattern are optimally matched to flat pedals and offer maximum pedal grip even in cold conditions. An optimized neoprene shaft hugs the ankle and effectively protects it from stones and dirt, while the robust toe cap provides further protection. The torsional TORBAL 2.0 midsole provides targeted flex in the outer area of the sole, which significantly increases bike control and dynamics in corners and on fast descents.
Multi-layer EVA foam cushions impacts, and water drainage channels in the outsole ensure a secure footing at all times - even when walking on muddy trails.
