Rating 4 because the Gore label is expensive and there is no version with protection like the C5 GORE® WINDSTOPPER® Road - Cap. The universal size fits my big head (approx. 58cm), it is stretchy enough. GOREWEAR does not provide information on the maximum head circumference, so... I love wearing this hat in the rain, but it is not comfortable when water leaks down the neck from the back.
