I got a pair of blood red grips and when I saw them in reality they were brown... I had a black pair and I like them very much, they are a bit soft but ferm enough to hold on to them. Liked them so much that I wanted another color, but it was not as expected. Had to return them. I have photos but not sure if I can upload them here. If you want to see the real color just Google it, found plenty of pics that look like mine did in reality. Now I'm scared of geting the simple red ones, too.
