SKS GERMANY Edge AL 46 Mudguard Set
Mudguard in pure form: The SKS EDGE AL 46 mudguard set guarantees city and trekking cyclists ideal splash protection on the road. This aluminium mudguard sits close to the tire and offers great stability, although it is only attached at three points.
They do not need to be attached to a luggage rack. The puristic matt black look and the angular profile mean that the EDGE AL 46 is almost invisible when it is integrated into the frame. Habe zwei Varianten installiert: AL 46 an einem 28" Cityrad und AL 56 am Mountainbike Bei beiden Varianten ist die Radschutzlänge vorne mit 740 mm zu lang - bzw. die Aufnahmen für die Streben deutlich zu niedrig gesetzt. So lassen sich die Streben nicht waagerecht, sondern nur von unten nach oben in Richtung der Achse montieren. Für mich persönlich - ist das eine Fehlkonstruktion. ... und leider gibt es keine kurze Version einzeln für vorne
Sehen schön aus aber leider ist das ein Schutzblechset für ein Fahrrad mit einem 26" Vorderrad und einem 28" Hinterrad. Warum nur so kurze Streben ! Naja die 28" Strebe kann man sich für 11€ nochmals dazu kaufen. Schade !
Diese formschönen und dabei unauffällig ins Bike integrierende Schutzbleche waren sehr gut zu montieren. Lediglich ein Kürzen der Streben war erforderlich um sie auf die 28" Räder einzustellen. Wie ein anderer Käufer bereits schrieb: bei Nutzung an einer RockShox oder Suntour Gabel sind die Adapter Art.-Nr.: 20017773 oder 20017774 nötig.
