All tubes are inflated and so stored for 24 hours to test them for air integrity. Then each tube is carefully checked individually by visual inspection. The special quality control that prevents unpleasant surprises. From German bicycle dealers, the Schwalbe tube is appreciated for many years for its high reliability.
Only an extremely high quality and reliable tube can meet this requirement.
All valves are nickel-plated and threaded. The valve insert is always replaceable. Even the hoses with the classic bicycle valve are Schwalbe air pressure testable and have a high-pressure stable valve seal. As a visual crowning touch, each tube has a shapely dust cap made of transparent polycarbonate.
The Schwalbe hose is the only hose to bear the coveted "VSF..all-ride" seal of quality. The VSF is an association of particularly committed and quality-oriented German bicycle dealers.
