- 7 Series Aluminium: The Renthal Fatbar is constructed from exclusive, high strength, 7 series aluminium. The material and specific heat treatment processes have been carefully selected to give the ultimate in strength and durability.
- Shot Peened: Millions of tiny steel shot are blasted at high velocity at the Fatbar, leaving a textured surface finish. This process vastly increases the fatigue life and hence durability of the handlebar.
- Hard Anodised: The Fatbar features a hard anodising surface treatment. This finish is far superior in abrasion resistance to standard anodising, to keep your handlebar looking new.
- Positioning Grid: Laser marked onto the centre of the handlebar, a detailed set-up grid ensures you can centralise the bar in the stem and set your preferred angle accurately.
- Width Marks: Laser marked width marks allow you to cut the bar accurately, to suit your riding style.
- Permanent Graphics: Chemically applied and oven cured permanent graphics are super hard wearing and provide a subtle aesthetic look to coordinate with any bike

Hammer Lenker. Normaler weise sind 35 mm schon das Maß der Dinge aber ... wenn man den Reach verändern möchte müssen die Spacer raus und der Lenker hoch. Pro 1 cm Spacer rückt der Lenker 9,02 nach oben und 4,22 nach hinten. Da ich Bikepark oder auch mal den einen oder anderen Sprung wage ist es echt super wenn der Lenker etwas höher steht bzw. optimal dafür ausgelegt ist. Beim Motocross hatte ich das auch gemerkt. Vom Werk aus montierter Lenker ging gar nicht, Spacer drunter ganz anderes Fahren. So war das auch beim Fahrrad. Kaufempfehlung. 80 mm top.
Von der Beschichtung über die Schnittkanten bis zum Gewicht alles bestens. Ich kann keinen negativen Punkt entdecken (V2/40mm/800mm). Meiner Meinung nach könnte ein Millimeter mehr backsweep gut tun, aber das wäre eine absolut persönliche Sache. Ich jedenfalls bin sehr zufrieden.
Der Lenker ist für mein Empfinden sehr hochwertig. Trotz der Leichtigkeit fühlt er sich enorm stabil und robust an. Die Beschichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Nach zwei Jahren im Einsatz sieht er noch immer wie neu aus. Mit der Breite von 800 mm hat man ein super Handling und durch die Markierungen an den Enden kann man sich den Lenker passgenau zuschneiden.
