A bell with a beautiful tone, but also a remarkable style and choice of materials that embodies a rider’s personality. We wanted to embrace a variety of riding genres, without compromising any.
THE LOOK
Where bells usually protrude up or out, Oi doesn’t. It appears to hover around the handle bars. In one sense, it's discreet. But in another, it stands out as unrecognisable.THE SOUND
We tested numerous prototypes to get the perfect pitch, length of ring, and volume. With a spring-loaded actuator built into the mount, the strike of the bell is firm and fast, allowing a good balance of volume and longevity of sound. Our bell actually has several pitch tones - one core and several supportive higher tones to ensure it's unmistakable and safely heard. To compare it to a musical instrument, where some bells play a single note, Oi plays a chord.The bell radiates the sound to the front, which is why the driver perceives the sound as significantly quieter.
THE MOUNT
What about the handle-bar cables? No worries. Built into the shape of the mount is a cable management system. So not only does it allow the bell to look and sound uninterrupted, it also helps gather your cables (for the organiser inside us all). What about getting it on the bar. Again, not a thing. Just pop it over, give the hex screw a quick tighten up, and you're good to go. No sliding down the handlebars, no dismantling and re-assembling.Product features

Bereits ausgiebig getestet. Leider funktioniert sie nicht wie gewünscht. Sie ist einfach zu leise. Speziell in der Stadt leider unbrauchbar und wirklich gefährlich. Speziell bei Regen überhaupt nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da sie dann noch leiser wird. Zudem: Sobald der Straßenbelag etwas rauer wird, vibriert die Klingel und bimmelt vor sich hin. Wahrscheinlich haben die Konstrukteure sie nur auf der Bahn getestet. Sehr schade. Ich habe sie von meinem Stadtrad abmontiert und werde sie nur noch an meinem Rennrad nutzen. Da, wo sie einfach nur gut aussieht und man sie eigentlich nicht unbedingt benötigt. Sehen übrigens alle Leute so, die die Klingel auch schon haben. Sehr schade....

Die Klingel ist sicherlich außergewöhnlich, aber praktisch ist sie nicht. Denn was ihr fehlt ist die Möglichkeit, den Bommel zu verstellen, so ist sie tendenziell zu weit vom Griff weg.
Design top. Die small Variante fällt kaum auf am MTB Lenker. Um im Wald oder auf dem Feldweg die Fußgänger zu warnen, bevor sie erschrecken ist sie auf jeden Fall laut genug (in der Stadt oder an einer viel befahrenen Straße evtl. nicht, das kann ich nicht beurteilen). Erst hatte ich Probleme, dass sie ständig geklingelt hat während der Fahrt (hatte sie direkt neben den Griff geschraubt). Dann habe ich sie am Lenker weiter nach innen (nach der Bremse) gerückt, so dass ich aber auch noch ran komme, wenn ich den Griff festhalte und sie wirklich nur ganz leicht (so das sie sich gerade nicht mehr drehen lässt und ein mini bischen mehr) festgeschraubt... und siehe da, klingelt nur noch, wenn ich den Auslöser drücke. Selbst auf nem Wurzeltrail ist Ruhe.
