Zum Preis von unter 50€ kann man da echt nicht meckern - Verarbeitung usw ist top und die erste Ausfahrt hat auch schon gezeigt, dass die Pedale super Grip haben, schön groß sind und sich vor wesentlich teureren Pedalen wie Crank Brothers usw. nicht verstecken müssen. Nach 1 Saison ca.4000 km von April bis November weiterhin alle Top. Auch paar mal den Asphalt und Bordstein geküsst...ganz klare Empfehlung!
I was looking for steel axle but lightweight pedals to replace my 290gr/60€ Aliexpress Wellgo MG2 Ti axle and withstand my 90kg. Katana X-Blade looked good with newest slim design aluminum platform (stronger than Mg) but reliable standard steel axle for only 326gr and 40€ compared to 3x/4x more expensive HT, Race Face or CrankBrothers with poor quality bearings systems. I was just worried about real size of the platform, lifetime of the long-pins and feeling underfoot of a tick standard axle shaft before receiving them. After 1 long summer of DH riding, I can say that X-Blade platform is perfect grippy and as wide as I could expect. I don’t feel spindle underfoot. Due to low profile, long-pins are less exposed and none of them was scratch in a year! Bearings run free without play or crack. Chrome anodizing finishing is so classy! Bonus : 324gr on my scale and 10 spare pins with wrench. Hopefully back in stock after 10 months, I booked 2 another for my DJ bike and spare.
Der erste Satz geht leider nach nicht mal 200 km zurück. Plötzlich knackte das rechte Pedal. Bestelle die gleichen Pedale dennoch erneut, bin voller Hoffnung. Nur blöd, dass ich bei Neubestellung nach Rücksendung erneut Versand zahlen darf. Gebe hoffnungsvolle 4 Sterne, da es sicher nur ein Qualitätsausrutscher war.
