Technologies
Air Flow Contact System
The aim here is to transfer loads as neutrally as possible to the body's centre of gravity while minimizing the contact surfaces with the back. Evoc solves this contradiction with a back section in which the ventilation components, such as large ventilation channels and specially milled and perforated EVA pads, are moved inwards behind a mesh fabric. This achieves a close fit to the back and at the same time optimizes back ventilation.
Venti Flap
The VENTI FLAP system allows the back section to be folded away for maximum ventilation and therefore improved comfort. On longer climbs, the distance to the back can be increased by opening the adjustment strap, thus increasing air circulation. On the descent, the distance to the back is reduced again, guaranteeing a stable, movement-neutral fit.
Air Circulation
AIR CIRCULATION is used in all Evoc backpacks, as it ensures optimum ventilation even during high exertion and perspiration and at the same time prevents the sensitive kidney area from cooling down. Continuous, free air circulation is ensured by the vertical air channel. additional air can flow out via side openings along the channel. In addition, the padding in the side back areas has been reduced to further optimize airflow.
Airo Flex
AIRO FLEX is an extremely stable fabric that is as permeable to air as it is flexible. It is used in the highest quality hip belts and ensures optimum load transfer to the hips with maximum ventilation - for maximum comfort.
Material
AIR MESH
Air Mesh is equipped with pore-like perforations that enable optimum air circulation. However, the fine structure prevents the absorption of moisture. This property makes it the perfect upper material for the back sections of our rucksacks.
DARINGTON MESH
We use the flexible mesh fabric for side and inside pockets in our products. The woven-in elastic fibers allow the volume of the pocket to be regulated independently.
N210 D RIPSTOP PU COATED
The requirements for the perfect outer material for backpacks can be summarized in four properties: durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent and lightweight. This is exactly what Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. A quadruple PU coating on the lightweight nylon base fabric provides moisture protection and abrasion resistance. A micro-weave of fibers divides the base material into square segments to prevent the expansion of tears - hence the name Ripstop.
