Liteshield Back Protector
The EVOC LITESHIELD BACK PROTECTOR combines maximum protection against falls and a feather-light, highly effective construction with a great deal of flexibility. At the same time, it is completely impervious to temperature. As is the case for most sport helmet manufacturers, Evoc works with an EPS construction, which is adapted to the special requirements of the backprotection with a segmented layer structure. Besides featuring excellent shock-absorbing properties, this protection concept enables fall damage to be identified immediately, so that the protector can be individually replaced.
Liteshield System
The core component of the protector backpack system is the extra-wide, ergonomically shaped neoprene hip belt with Velcro fastening and a large heavy-duty buckle. This system transfers the main load onto the hips, namely right to the body’s centre of gravity. At the same time, the ergonomically cut shoulder straps keep the backpack comfortably in the predefined position to guarantee perfect back protection. The necessary proximity to the back of the back protector is ensured through mesh elements, EVA foam with ventilation holes and a large, central ventilation channel for maximum air circulation.
Air Circulation
AIR CIRCULATION is used in all Evoc backpacks, as it ensures optimum ventilation while preventing excessive cooling down of the sensitive kidney area, even during extremely high-strain activities or intensive perspiration. Constant, free air circulation is guaranteed as a result of the vertical air channel. Gaps along the sides of the channel allow additional air to escape.
Airo Flex
AIRO FLEX is an extremely sturdy material that is both permeable and flexible. Evoc uses it for the high-quality hip straps to ensure optimum load transfer to the hip while ensuring maximum ventilation - for maximum wearing comfort.

This three dimensionally structured fabric with variable thread sizes (P75D*30D) offers the optimal properties in ventilation and cushioning for the covers of paddings and shoulder straps.
AIR MESH
Air Mesh is equipped with fine pores for excellent air circulation and does not absorb moisture. This makes it perfectly suited as a ventilating cover fabric for the back parts of our backpacks.
N210 D RIPSTOP PU COATED
The demands for the perfect outer material of a backpack can be summed up in four characteristics: durable, abrasion resistant, water repellent and very light. This is exactly what our Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. A double PU-coating of the lightweight nylon base provides moisture protection and wear resistance. A micro texture of filaments segments the basic fabric into tiny squares to prevent rips – hence the name Ripstop.
P600 D PU COATED
A very durable fabric for high-abrasion areas, it is also tear-resistant and lightweight while absorbing almost no moisture. Combining these characteristics, it’s the perfect material for high-stress pockets or backpack base constructions.

Ein klasse Teil in das alles hinein paßt was rein gehört. Fach für Akku (625er Bosch) und Ladegerät sind super platziert und es bleibt noch ausreichend Platz für Protektoren, Jacke, etc. Fächer für Werkzeug und Kleinzeug ebenfalls sehr gut. Ein Stern Abzug wegen der Führung des Trinkschlauchs - hier sollte im Innenfach ebenfalls unten ein Durchlass für den Schlauch sein, so ist der Schlauch der Deuter 3l Blase mit 2 Umwegen einfach zu kurz. Selbst vollgepackt hervorragender Sitz bei meinen 190cm. Protektor hat Härtetest bestanden und mich nach einem 270° Überschlag durch Stacheldraht über dem Weg und harter Landung im groben Schotter vor Rückenverletzungen bewahrt.
Ich wollte den Rucksack für den Fall, dass ich in die Stadt oä fahre und als zusätzlichen Diebstahlschutz den Akku entnehme und mit mir führe. Für so ein spontanes Akku aus dem Rad nehmen und in den Rucksack packen ist der Rucksack ungeeignet. Der Akku an sich wird gut fixiert, aber nur, wenn man Ruhe hat die zusätzlichen Gurte einzufädeln und zu straffen. Also nicht für den schnellen Einkauf zwischendurch geeignet. Zuviel Friemelei und Einfädelei durch eine Lasche! Ansonsten typisch Evoc - ein gutes Teil!
