DT Swiss RWS MTB Plug In Thru Axle
The new thru bolt RWS with aluminum lever with a dimension of 15/150 mm is specially developed for Big Ride hubs (Fatbike).
The RWS System is unrivaled for quick and safe wheel installations and removals. It combines the speed of a quick release with the strength and safety of a bolted system. The high precision ratchet allows to strongly tighten the connection and to place the lever in an ideal position. Available in an array of axle options for all uses, ranging from road to MTB and tandem.
With the introduction of the RWS Plug In we further fortify the RWS' position as the benchmark in high end, high precision through axle systems. It is the only solution on the market that looks very clean both with and without the lever. So now you can have an RWS and chose whether you want to keep the convenience of a lever or go full race, hex only-mode.

Die Idee mit dem Komplett-Release ist 1a!!!! Dazu auch noch leicht und absolut hochwertig. Dennoch: mich nervt das Steckachsen-Thema mit seinen zig Varianten ungemein! Steckachse ist klasse. Zig varianten erinnern mich an die frühen Jahre als Apple Nutzer: Peripherie ist von heut auf morgen unbrauchbar, da der Stecker nicht mehr passt und obendrein kann kein anderer Rechner und keine andere Peripherie mit Dir verbunden werden - ausser, es ist EXAKT das gleiche System. Und derselbe Inkompatibilitäts-Zirkus wiederholt sich mit jedem neuen Modell.
