With various textiles, six panels and countless revisions, ASSOS created the Ultraz Winter Face Mask, which meets the high demands for fit, comfort and protection in extreme winter conditions.

The Ultraz comfortably follows the shape of head and neck and with its preformed panels lies comfortably and cleanly under your helmet. With the twinDeck two-layer design - made from ASSOS' Push Pull outer layer and rhombus on the inside - the mask doesn't let cold in and creates an intermediate layer of insulating air between the layers, while remaining exceptionally breathable. An additional protective layer has also been added to the front of the neck using the flexible Winter Foam Light material.

  • Push Pull Medium: bi-stretch fabric with an open structure that is extremely breathable and wicks moisture away to the outside of the fabric
  • Rhombus: The soft jacquard polypropylene frotté on the skin has a diamond-shaped 3D mesh design to improve air exchange, wick moisture away and provide an extra insulating layer
  • TwinDeck: The two-layer fabric design optimises insulation by combining the textiles Push Pull Medium and Rhombus
  • Winter Foam Light: The flexible, roughened PU foam was used for additional protection on the neck panel. It is warm, breathable, soft and smooth on the skin
