Night mode
Signal LEDs
- Distinctive LED dots, arranged in one or more rows, light up under the main headlight. Their sole function is to signal to other road users. A correctly adjusted bicycle headlight alone cannot perform this function, because its light beam - limited at the top by the sharp cutoff line - is directed onto the road with maximum concentration.
Day mode
- ... to be seen optimally by other road users. The daytime running light (signal LEDs) shines with maximum brightness, the main headlight shines dimmed onto the road. Also approved at night (StVZO)!
Night mode
- ... to illuminate the road to the maximum. The main headlight shines with full power (60 Lux). The signal LEDs shine reduced brightness.

- The revolutionary light output of IQ-TEC in the special high-tech reflectors from Busch & Müller makes a light distribution possible that has never been achieved before: If the headlight is set so that the brightest area with up to 60 lux hits the road 10 meters in front of the bike, the cut-off is about 18 meters. Newly comes now in addition: The illuminated area already begins 1 meter in front of the bicycle. Brightness in this close-up area (with soft transitions to the central area) is crucial for safe riding. The ride no longer leads into a "black hole" directly in front of the front wheel, but allows reactions to even small bumps or obstacles through short, intuitive steering movements, as when riding in daylight - a decisive gain in "felt" and real safety!
