Syncros - components with a performance focus
Syncros was founded in 1986 by Peter Hamilton and Pippin Osborne, two bicycle enthusiasts with mountain bike genes, in Vancouver, Canada, to introduce cool and innovative components to the bicycle market. The brand quickly built up an excellent reputation with hubs and seatposts and has since become an integral part of the cycling world and especially cycling sports. Syncros products, which include handlebars and grips as well as saddles, tools and bags, are still designed to perform ideally and bombproof. After years under the leadership of Ritchey, Syncros has been part of Scott Sports for some time now and, in addition to MTB components, also produces lightweight, aerodynamic parts for racing bikes that set standards.
