MIPS
MIPS is a sliding plane system within the helmet designed to slow or prevent the amount of energy that is transmitted to or from the head.
IN-Mold
In the in-mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to it in a single pass during foaming of the impact absorbing EPS inner shell. This makes the helmet even more resistant without any additional weight. This production process also makes it possible to form significantly better ventilation systems and openings. In-Mold helmets are lighter than traditional helmets and have much better ventilation systems.
Float Fit
Bell's most advanced helmet fitting system combines comfort and safety in an ultra-lightweight design. Float Fit™ optimizes the fit of the helmet in 2 ways - in terms of head circumference and vertical adjustment. To reduce weight and simplify handling, the guide arms uniquely enclose the back of the head thanks to the "float" design. This puts the helmet in an ideal position on the head. Simple, light and comfortable.
Goggle Guide
An adjustable visor system that works with goggle or sunglasses, whether the visor is mounted or removed.

Beim hinfliegen hätte ich eine angenehm Landung und habe bei 30kmh keine Schäden am Körper.
Gute Passform
Fits very well
Der Helm ist "klober" als gedfacht, passt aber. Größe L passt zu meiner 63er Hutweite (nein, ich trage sonst keine Hüte). Es ist sogar eine Anleitung dabei, die aber eher unbrauchbar ist, da sie wohl allen Bell Helmen beigelegt wird und wenig spezfisch ist. Interessiert hätte ich mich, wie ich den Halter innen verstellen kann. Leider sieht das Plastik sehr dünn aus, und mir erschließt sich nicht, wie das gehen soll. Darum den Stern Abzug.
pretty comfortable
Sehr gut zu tragender Helm. Ich habe einen Kopfumfang von 59 cm und bei mir passt Größe "M" allerdings ohne Unterziehmütze. Im Winter wird es da schon eher knapp, mir die "L" Schale dann doch etwa zu groß. Ist bisher der Helm der am besten bei mir sitzt und bestätigt meine Annahme das ich bei Bell, Abus und Specialized richtig liege (die hatte ich bisher alle). Die Giro Helme drücken bei mir immer in der Region der Stirn und daher für mich nicht geeignet. Das Einzige was mir an dem Helm nicht gefällt ist, dass sich das Visier relativ leicht verstellt aber bei diesem Preis ist mir das egal. Die Belüftung ist für mich OK, auch bei hohen Temperaturen. Das gleiche gilt für das Gewicht, ist kein Leichtgewicht nichtdestotrotz ist er auf dem AllMoutain perfekt, wo ich ihn nutze.
I fell with this helmet pretty hard and the hit felt I am hitting something soft. It didn't break, but I am replacing it just in case.
