The ASSOS TRAIL Cargo Shorts are equipped with crucial updates, such as lighter material and functional construction solutions. In these shorts, ASSOS uses zeroPressureWaist technology, which is proven in road cycling line and is made of a highly elastic material. A silicone band keeps the pants in place and provides unrestricted, friction-free support.
The TACTICA system's new, unique Water & Mud Shield Tec technology repels splashing water and mud, wicks away internal moisture and is quick-drying to reduce weight from external moisture. Two zippered pockets provide "triple ramp" security and sealed hems prevent weight and friction between system layers. Reflective strips on the back of the legs ensure high visibility on all rides. Layer over TRAIL Liners for added protection with water repellency and more storage space.
Type.OF11 is a tightly woven textile that is abrasion resistant without sacrificing breathability. Four-way stretch allows for full range of motion without sagging or deforming vertically. The waist is complemented by reworked Tech Sheen mesh, which is used as part of the zeroPressure Waist design on the front.

Less is more. The entire ASSOS collection is conceptualized around this technology. ASSOS apparel is engineered with minimum volume, taking advantage of the body's natural heating/cooling capacities by insulating intelligently through pro-active layering. Both fabrics and garments have chain functions and are cut to complement each other. Everything fits like a puzzle; technically as well as aesthetically. It is up to each cyclist to follow the climate range guidelines and to experiment with the different ASSOS garments in order to find the perfect personal outfit for each specific riding season.
