Softshell vest with best temperature management: the Mille GTS Spring Fall C2 by Assos
The Mille GTS softshell vest is more versatile than ever. With windproof and waterproof thermal membrane from the AIRBLOCK series on the front and breathable VENTAMESH textile on the back, it maintains your ideal microclimate.
The vest can be combined with all your equipment on rides in cool, wet conditions. Wear it over your summer gear on long descents or in sudden storms, or over your thermal gear on damp, cold days in spring or fall.
The AIRBLOCK.888 membrane is the mid-weight version of Assos' new AIRBLOCK range of technical membranes. It insulates and keeps out wind and water. A back panel made of the new VENTAMESH textile provides elasticity in two directions. This makes the vest fit even better while promoting ventilation and air exchange.
An optimized regularFit fit made from textiles with a high stretch content eliminates the need for bulky elastic at the waist and hems at the sleeves.
Features - MILLE GTS Spring Fall C2 Softshell Vest
- Reflective elastic: An additional reflective element on the back waistband to improve visibility in low light and overcast conditions.
- Raw Cut Cuff: The sleeve openings without hem reduce bulk and friction. This allows the vest to be perfectly combined with other equipment and stowed well.
- ASSOS Clima Range: Spring/Autumn 2/3
- Fit: Slim Fit (ASSOS regularFit)
A body-hugging fit that's not quite as slim as ASSOS' racingFit fit. It offers the best of both worlds, comfort and speed. A balance between a racingFit with stronger compression and the slightly looser comfortFit.
AEPD (Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design)
The know-how, experience and philosophy that elaborates and designs the fit of the products so that it harmonizes perfectly with the riding position on the bike is called ASSOS AEPD. ASSOS clothing is designed to perfectly fit and merge with the body on the bike. High-tech materials are basically useless unless they are perfectly cut and finished.
ALS (ASSOS Layering System)
Less is more. The entire ASSOS collection is designed according to this philosophy. The goal in the development of ASSOS textiles is to use a minimum of weight and volume to take advantage of the body's natural thermoregulatory properties through different layers of clothing. Both the fabrics and the garments are always focused on their specific function and designed to complement each other perfectly. Everything interlocks like a puzzle, both technically and aesthetically.
